Please contact us with your event location, and we’ll provide you with a custom quote that includes any applicable travel charges.

We typically require about 60-90 minutes to set up the photobooth, depending on the specific booth and any customizations. We always arrive well in advance of your event start time to ensure that everything is set up and tested before your guests arrive. For more complex setups or custom backdrops, additional time may be needed.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, e-transfers, and checks.

The space requirement varies slightly depending on the type of photobooth you choose. Generally, we recommend a minimum space of 8ft x 8ft for our Open Air and Glam Booths, and 10ft x 10ft for our Classic Enclosed Booth and 360 Video Booth. For example, if you want the booth set up before your guests arrive but don’t want it operational during dinner service, that would be considered idle time. We offer idle time at a reduced rate, allowing you to have the booth on-site for a longer period without paying the full hourly rate for the entire duration.
